Got plenty of Netflix in over the Christmas and New Year period. Loved the download feature for Netflix as my boss has been away and it was awfully quiet in the office so I got through plenty of new and old shows.
OA - Crap. Never went anywhere and just got plain weird at the end. The base idea was solid but it just went off the rails early and never got back on. This is going to sound odd because of my view, but this would improve massively if they went with a second season. That will make sense to people that saw it and no sense at all to those who haven't. If anyone compares this to Stranger Things, please slap them for me.
Travellers - Time travel. An interesting concept that no one ever seems to nail down properly. Did enjoy this though and left with a decent cliffhanger. Season 2 awaits.
Vikings - This is an old one and I am only 4 episodes in but I am enjoying it so far. Based loosely on historical people/events from what I have been able to dig up. The bloodshed, shagging and politics makes it feel like a little cousin of Game of Thrones....but with less dragons.....and no nudity so far.
Froning: The Fittest Man in History - I didn't think I would watch any documentary involving CrossFit and enjoy it as most people who do CrossFit and talk about it are pretentious wankers. Not saying those who do it are, just those who do it and then proceed to tell everyone they do it are....like vegans. If you have the slightest interest in fitness, you should like this.
He-Man - Just found out that He-Man was on Netflix and started watching it with my son. He's the same age I was when He-Man first came out and he enjoyed it as much as I did as a kid......the circle of life!.
